Advanced Features of SurvitecZodiac ORIL
Manufactured with the same durable polyurethane fabric found on SurvitecZodiac SOLAS approved liferafts, ORIL's are assembled using the advanced SurvitecZodiac hot assembly technique, Thermobonding TM.

Being computer-controlled, Thermobonding eliminates the inconsistencies inherent in the old-fashioned gluing methods still used by other manufacturers.

The fabric's chemical nature and the Thermobonding process make SurvitecZodiac ORIL's especially inert to ageing factors in the marine environment. Due to the fabric weight and structure, SurvitecZodiac ORIL's are easy to service and use light, short sized but remarkably strong, glass reinforced plastic
(GRP) containers.

Equipment packs are sealed in watertight bags, secured to the internal safety line of liferafts. Approved EPIRB may also be included on request.
